Our stay was brief, but highly enjoyable.

The room was fantastic, very comfortable, with a great view of a lovely beach. It is very convenient to downtown Playa del Carmen.

The beach directly adjacent to the hotel, while beautiful, is not well suited for just walking out and swimming in it.

For smokers, isnt the best place. U need to get out of the hotel to smoke.

Loved the hotel,excellent location, great staff. Definitely recommend.

Great location on the beach.Close to everything,but quiet.Welcoming staff.Clean facilities. Love the view .

It would be nice to have tea cattle in the kitchen,cups for coffee maker. Also mattress is not comfortable.

Wonderful Experience

Perfect location, wonderful staff and breakfast. Great room service. Stunning ocean view. The beach was cleaned and raked every morning.

Wifi did not work first 2 days and was weak for the remaining stay. We couldn’t even load tickets for our excursions. No air conditioned lobby. Provide fans at least while guests are waiting on their rooms. A fan next to the water dispenser next to the seats would suffice. It is very hot in the waiting area. Also, a laundry service is what is expected by most US travelers.

Great stay at playa del. Carmen

The room was wide enough for me and my family, it was clean and it had one big bottle of water so I can serve myself all I wanted, and this was very useful in playa del Carmen because it is very hot and humid. It is good located near main av in playa del carmen, it was quiet and pleasant. It had all equipped like an apartment.

It is beachfront but the beach has too many smalls ships in front, so it is not good for swimming, but it was OK because I went to go outside not stay in the hotel

Wonderful

the hotel is well located. right next to the 5ta Avenida of Playa del Carmen. easy to walk around, all the clubs are a block away if your idea is go to party. The attention of the staff was great. The rooms are not ocean view, it's more like a partial view but great for the price.

Nice stay in Playa

Location was great. Pretty quiet area and easy to find street parking and walk around from the hotel.

If I were to go back, I would not worry about booking a beach-front property. It’s not really a beach for walking or swimming and the smell of the seaweed was pretty overwhelming.

The staff in the hotel was very kind. The receptionist name Fredi was super nice, kind and informative. We felt that we are in a safe place. The location was also awesome net to the beach, a good restaurant called Zanzibar, next to the Qunta Avenida and Seven11

Vacay stay in play del carmen

Our room was well equipped with fresh drinking water, small kitchen and dishes which was perfect.

Unfortunately the seaweed on the beach creates such a strong odor that took some getting used to id say that was the only true issue for us
